Mental Health Programs

Centro understands the stigma surrounding mental health and mental illness within our Latinx/Hispanic community. Many people suffer in silence while experiences with immigration, acculturation, trauma and generational conflicts may lead to deteriorating mental health conditions. If you or someone you know needs mental help support, please contact us to learn more about our programs and resources. We take a non-stigmatizing and person-centered approach in our mental health and wellness programs.

Outpatient Mental Health Program

Our bilingual staff offers specialized counseling services for children, adolescents, adults and families in the areas of mental health, depression, anxiety and other issues. We provide brief interventions and solution-focused therapy to help clients improve their quality of life. Centro hosts individual, family and group counseling and several support groups for individuals going through difficult times.

Centro also provides psychiatric services and medication reviews, case management and referrals to other resources.
