Under general supervision from the Program Director, this position is responsible for the day-to-day- service delivery, intake process, program development and evaluation of services to adult, adolescent and child survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and other crimes.
The Program Coordinator may be responsible for the supervision of 2 or 3 staff members including supervising their day to day activities. The Coordinator will also provide training and monitoring to program staff and volunteer advocates. Will also carry own caseload. Ability to work with diverse populations. Provides advocacy-based counseling, maintains written records of contacts with clients and participates as a team member in case conferences and acts as a liaison with other community agencies to form service plans. This position reports directly to the
Victim Services Program Director or designee.
The Strategic & Education Director plays an integral role in shaping the future direction of our organization by developing and implementing strategic plans that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives. This position involves a deep analysis of nonprofit sector trends, competitive landscapes, and internal capabilities to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement. By working closely with senior management and various departments, the Strategic & Education Director ensures that the organization remains agile and responsive to community programs, partnerships and building our capital campaign, thereby sustaining its long- term success and profitability. Through a combination of analytical and creative thinking, this role takes the lead in fundraising activities and strategic planning for sustainability.
Under general supervision by the Program Director, the staff in this role will assists victims of Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault, Stalking and Intimate Partner Violence in a full range of services, including assistance with crisis intervention, community relations, community referrals, and community awareness. This position requires the ability to work independently, exercising judgment and initiative in addition to working collaboratively with diverse systems such as the court system, social services agencies, police departments among others.
This position is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that clients feel welcome when they call or arrive to office and program calls and messages are provided efficiently and in a friendly manner. This is non-exempt position, work hours are Monday to Friday and no overtime is expected.
Under general supervision, helps students develop skills, behaviors and habits that contribute to success in college. These includes academic and career goal setting, learning strategies, time management and organization, self-regulation and self-efficacy. Assists students in developing self-efficacy by identifying and overcoming obstacles that may be impeding academic success; works with students to learn strong time management and organization skills; motivates students to practice self-regulation and take ownership of their academic success. This position requires the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community and with families with diverse backgrounds and limited English proficiency.

This position is responsible for the delivery of direct and indirect treatment to individuals with emotional impairments and/or mental illness served by CMLF. Screens prospective clients, conducts intake and clinical interviews to determine service needs. Completes assessments and works with clients to develop a treatment plan. Provides individual, group, conjoint and/or family therapy. Maintains written records of contacts with clients. Participates as a team member in case conferences and acts as a liaison with psychiatrists, school personnel and/or community agencies to form treatment plans. Participates in PQI activities and documents activities in database system. May act as a liaison with community agencies to establish a support network and to provide community education.
